One of the reasons we opted to release this product early was to give our customers enough time to shape the product before it was officially released. If you are a user, or even if you are just evaluating Test Run for your company or use, we would love to hear from you directly:

What specific features are you looking for in Test Run?

I will start it off: I want test case dependencies. In other words, I want to be able to:

  • say that test case X depends upon test case Y.
  • if test case Y fails, test case X is assigned a status of "blocked"
  • one can browse a test plan heirarchally, expanding and contracting test cases and their dependencies
  • blocked test cases are hidden or greyed out
  • there is a report showing the number of blocked test cases

Would anyone like to contribute their own ideas?
